Some more Melbourne gems

Out on a stroll

I was in Melbourne last week doing some workshops for the book and visited Craft Victoria, where I saw this quirky exhibition from Gracia Haby and Louise Jennison. How great are these? I love the unexpectedness of the animals roaming through dated souvenir books, inspired by Herman Hesse’s Der Steppenwolf.

I also made time to pop into my fave op shop, Anonymous Posh in the Royal Arcade, and the Block Arcade’s Douglas & Hope. And had two spectacular meals at Cumulus Inc. and Coda… delish.

Happy to weave my way to your blog, Kelly, and to see a few of my animals have beat me to it. They are ever intrepid travelers, moving with both speed and ease from city to city.

Glad you enjoyed our show recently at Craft Victoria.

Great to see G’s collaged books there. You managed to get some great photos of them, and we are both glad you liked the show.
