Bad skirt comes good

Boring 80s skirt
How to turn a dated 80s skirt into a cheeky little number fit for the present:
1. Take your skirt, a handful of pins and pair of dressmaking scissors. Pop your skirt on.
2. Fold under the hem and pin until you reach the desired length. If your legs are halfway decent, get them out. If not, put on a pair of opaque tights.
3. Slip out of your skirt and chop off all that excess fabric.
4. Roll the raw edge under and stitch a new hem.
5. Iron flat and shimmy back inside - you’re good to go.
